Carrie's Story From Tragedy to Triumph
A Voice For Change
In 2018, Carrie Bobb’s career as a commercial real estate broker was skyrocketing, until a National Retail Director from her company drugged and raped her at a corporate event. Overnight, Carrie’s entire life, including her career, was ripped from her grasp as she fought for her life. Standing shoulder to shoulder with her sister and refusing to be silenced, Carrie shares her story to protect others. Armed with insight, experience and the stories of other victims, Carrie now advocates to prevent sexual assault in Corporate America.
I’m With Carrie is The Carrie Bobb Foundation’s campaign to end arbitration for sexual assault and rape. Carrie’s foundation believes businesses can be heroes too and create opportunities for businesses to come together, solve social issues while strengthening the economy and influencing culture.

About the Foundation
The Carrie Bobb Foundation was sparked out of a dark and difficult personal circumstance. Our desire is to use what we have been given and create something beautiful and powerful that shines a light for others through the dark.
Whether you are just passing through or have been supporting us for a while, we are so glad you are here! We are just people on a quest to make a difference. We believe each one of us has the ability to shape our culture – from the most entry level position to the CEO. And together, we can help make businesses heroes too.
Dialogue within an organization needs start from the top in order to most successfully affect a positive shift in behavior and accountability. Open conversations are crucial in creating a safe and supportive work environment for everyone.
Your organization can be a light that exposes harmful issues that prefer the darkness. A bright and honest environment will attract bright and honest employees. We are in pursuit of creating change and opportunities by bringing the right people together.
A dark circumstance doesn’t have to be the final word. There is hope that can be found by turning the narrative around into a charge for awareness and championing in a new era of better, healthier workplaces.
Meet Our Team
We are passionate people who invest our best resources, energy, time and talents to execute and deliver distinctly exceptional work. We do what we do because we love people. We delight in creating opportunities in dark places by bringing the right people together. It begins and ends with people
